MEMORANDUM OPINION
LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge.
This is a purported class action against MySpace, Inc. (“MySpace”), operator of the well known social networking website, arising out of its disclosure of members’ account information to law enforcement. Plaintiff Cory Hubbard sues individually and on behalf of all individuals similarly situated. The matter is before the Court on MySpace’s motions to dismiss the amended complaint and for sanctions.
