This is a suit in ejectment. Appellant (plaintiff below) alleged that he was the owner and entitled to the possession of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section twenty, township 4 south, range sixteen west, containing 40 acres more or less, in Hot Spring county, Arkansas. He further alleged that he claimed title to the land by virtue of a deed to him from the St. Louis, Iron Mountain & Southern R. R.
