DIXON, United States Magistrate Judge.

This matter is before the court on Plaintiffs motion to compel discovery (docket no. 56) from Defendant United States. Defendant has responded in opposition to the motion, and Plaintiff has filed its reply brief. This matter is ripe for disposition. For the reasons which follow, the motion will be denied.
