HODGES, Justice.

This is an appeal from the District Court of Oklahoma County involving a personal injury action tried to a jury with the verdict for defendant and plaintiff appeals. Affirmed.

The defendant contractor entered into a contract with The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority to pave a portion of the H. E. Bailey Turnpike interchange with U. S. Highway #62. Defendant was one of many contractors who worked on different portions of the turnpike and its connecting roads. It had been necessary to close U.
