OPINION
O’BRIEN, Judge.
This is an appeal from denial of a petition for post conviction relief. Following a jury trial, defendant Noah Lundy was convicted on charges of rape and crime against nature, and sentenced to the penitentiary.1 On direct appeal the defendant raised fourteen (14) issues for reversal. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed the convictions and the Tennessee Supreme Court denied review.
