Kinstendorff, deceased, dissatisfied with the commissions allowed by the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore City, has appealed directly to this Court. His appeal has been met by a motion to dismiss upon the ground that direct appeal to this Court respecting commissions is not authorized by law.
