This is an action of contract brought by a real estate broker who seeks to recover a commission for services in negotiating a lease of certain premises for the defendants as trustees of the Worcester Investment Trust. The case was tried in the Superior Court to a jury, and a verdict was returned for the plaintiff in the sum of $5,522.30.
