These appeals arise from a claim filed by Appellee/Cross-Appellant, Jerry Gearhart (hereinafter “Gearhart”), against Appellant/Cross-Appellee, Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Company (hereinafter “Farm Bureau”), alleging that Gearhart was damaged by the attempted cancellation of an automobile liability policy.
