SOFAER, District Judge:
This is an expedited appeal, brought by order to show cause, seeking to reverse a preliminary injunction entered in favor of plaintiffs-respondents Mego International, Inc., its operating subsidiary Mego Corp. (collectively, “Mego”) and Ojem, Inc. (“Ojem”) by the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Galgay, J.). Defendants-appellants contend that the Bankruptcy Court lacked jurisdiction to enter the preliminary injunction.
