In this case, David Padilla. (claimant) appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which dismissed his appeal and thus denied him benefits under The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act1 (Act).

The questions presented to this Court are three: whether the employer, Chain Bike Corporation (Bike), was given notice of claimant’s injury as required by Sections 311, 312, and 313 of the Act, 77 P.S. §§631-33; whether the claim for compensation is barred by the statute of limitations contained in Section 315 of the Act, 77 P.S. §602; and whether…
