This is an original proceeding in discipline against respondent Lloyd Alvey who, as a member of the bar of this state, has been practicing in Kansas City, Kansas, since 1956. A hearing was held on the complaints by a three-man panel of the State Board of Law Exáminers. The panel filed its report containing its findings and a recommendation that the respondent should be disciplined by indefinite suspension.
