This suit was begun by appellee to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the appellant.

Oin March 17,1932, while in the employ of the appellant, the appellee, between eleven and twelve o’clock at night, was injured while replacing a belt on the pulleys.
