KNOCH, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant, Percy Pruitt, was tried by the Court, jury trial having been waived, on a four-count indictment charging two sales of narcotics, and reception, concealment, etc., of the same narcotics. He was found guilty and sentenced to serve six years on the indictment as a whole. ’j
