The controversy herein arises over the action of the probate court of Marshall County, Iowa, in appointing as administratrix of the estate of Manson Alexander Thomas Farmer, his- widow, Gussie M. ‘Farmer, and in setting aside a prior order of the clerk of said court wherein said clerk had designated as administrator Earl J. North, upon application of Richard Manson Farmer, a son of the deceased. Later said son and a sister, a Mrs. 0 ’Neill, filed a motion to reinstate the order set aside and to set aside the order appointing the widow as administratrix.
