Maxwell, J.:
In a proceeding under the statute relating to bastardy the jury gave a verdict against appellant on the issues made, and he was condemned by the judgment of the court to pay fifty dollars annually for ten years for the support of the child. He asks this court to reverse the judgment because of errors committed during the trial, on which he founded a motion for a new trial, that was denied.
