No local statute or rule of court has been called to our attention which made it the duty of the jury of view to reduce to writing the testimony adduced before them and to return the same with their report; nor did they attach it to and return it with their report. It was, therefore, not before the court, and in the absence of the assent of the parties interested, or their counsel, could not be used on the hearing of the exceptions or be considered in the disposition thereof.
