State Ex Rel. Jiminez v. Superior Court

This cause comes before the court on the application of relator, Anita Jiminez, for a writ of prohibition to restrain defendants from proceeding further in that certain action in the superior court for Spokane county entitled “Anita Jiminez, Plaintiff, v.
