Yervin K. Barnett appeals his conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). For the following reasons, we AFFIRM Barnett’s conviction. However, we VACATE the sentence of the district court and REMAND for resentencing consistent with the Supreme Court’s decision in United States…
