This is an appeal by Mrs.. Armour from a decree nisi against her for divorce on the ground of adultery and from the order fixing counsel fees (including disbursements) to defendant’s counsel at $10,000. Numerous acts are charged in the petition and three corespondents are named, Nathan Berger, Robert C. Ellis and Dr. Benjamin Kramer.
