ERROR TO THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE UNITED STATES FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF ILLINOIS. Assumpsit against plaintiff in error, defendant below, as a common carrier, to recover on a bill of lading-for goods not delivered. Judgment for plaintiffs. Defendant sued out tbis writ of error. Tbe case is stated in tbe opinion of tbe court.
