This is an action to quiet title brought under § 527.150, RSMo 2000, in which the parties, Cebie Hassan Johnson (“Johnson”) and Stadium West Properties, L.L.C. (“Stadium West”), litigated the validity of a tax sale resulting in the issuance of a Collector’s Deed for Taxes (“collector’s deed” or “tax deed”) to Johnson by the Boone County Collector of Revenue (“collector”).
