ENTRY ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS

BAKER, United States Magistrate Judge.

In 1993, Plaintiff Tony Sherman had a single sexual encounter with Tonya Ghant, who thereafter became pregnant and gave birth to a child. Ghant informed Sherman that he was the child’s father. Based on this representation, in 1994 Sherman accepted financial responsibility for the child and entered into a voluntary paternity judgment in the state court.
