WINANS, Justice.

The defendant, Joseph Henry, convicted of the crime of attempted third degree burglary with intent to commit larceny, appeals such conviction by assignments of error which present the following questions for review:(1) Sufficiency of the evidence to identify defendant as the person who committed the crime;(2) Sufficiency of the information;(3) Lack of definition of certain words in the court’s instructions.
