— Affirming.

This case wag before this court on an appeal from the judgment of the chancellor 'allowing appellee alimony in the sum of $3,500 and the custody of the youngest child, as well as $350 attorney’s fees. The opinion is found in 194 Ky. 332, 238 S. W. 1044. The fact are concisely set out in that opinion. The judgement was affirmed and the court found, from the evidence in that case, that the estate of the appellant amounted to $20,000, or more, and that the allowance of $3,500 in alimony and $350 as: an attorney’s fee were reasonable.
