Ray Powell and James Henderson, the defendants in adversary number 387-3426, move the court for summary judgment. Wellerson Associates and William R. Hen-drickson, two of the defendants in adversary number 387-3940, move the court to strike the complaint and impose sanctions. The parties do not dispute the material facts.
