Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: On appeal from his conviction of manslaughter in the second degree, driving while ability impaired, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, defendant’s sole contention is that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction for reckless manslaughter. We disagree.
