—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Louise Gruner Gans, J.), entered on or about January 9,' 1997, denying defendant’s cross-motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction and granting plaintiffs’ motion to amend the summons and complaint nunc pro tunc to correct the defendant’s name in the caption, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the cross-motion granted, the motion denied, and the complaint dismissed.
