The action is brought by the plaintiffs, collateral' heirs at law of Horace E. Porter, to set aside two deeds by Horace-E. Porter conveying real property to Milton Porter Cornel and his wife, Martha Ellen Cornel, and to establish the ownership of the plaintiffs in and to their proportionate shares of the real property in controversy as against all of the defendants who are likewise collateral heirs at law of Horace E.
