By order to show cause entered on February 4, 1987, defendant Netumar seeks the release of a levy of $152,122.60 on its funds in the possession of a bank (Algemene Bank, Nederland, N/V) secured by *306the plaintiff. The facts which give rise to this application are as follows.

On November 14,1986 this Court filed an opinion finding both defendants liable to plaintiff. Judgment was signed by this Court on November 28, 1986 and entered by the clerk on December 3, 1986.
