Joshua Thompson pled guilty to Level 6 felony domestic battery, 1 Level 6 felony battery with moderate bodily injury, 2 and Level 5 felony battery resulting in serious bodily injury. 3 The trial court entered convictions on only two of the admissions: Level 6 felony domestic battery and Level 5 felony battery resulting in serious bodily injury.
