About ten o ’clock in "the forenoon of August 8, 1923, an unoccupied Chevrolet automobile, parked along the curb on the west side of Broad Street, (a north and south street in the Borough of South Greensburg, having a cartway of thirty-six feet and at that point a descending grade of 6.7 per cent, toward the south), started down said grade ¡and, after running about six hundred feet, crossed along a street car track toward the east side of the street near the place where there is a curve to the west, left the cartway at a point near a closed culvert under said street,…
