*546In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Bunyan, J.), dated September 21, 2005, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted by the plaintiffs Alexander Knijnikov, Anna Knijnikov, Chaya Binsky, and Inesa Binsky on the ground that the plaintiffs Alexander Knijnikov, Anna Knijnikov, and Chaya Binsky did not sustain serious injuries within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d).
