Donald Cipra, Shannon Gregory, and Eric Konrady (collectively, the “Defendants”) ran a cannabis grow operation at 1025 and 1027 Paw Paw Road in Lee County, Illinois for approximately two years. In February 2011, Shannon Gregory’s brother — Scott Gregory — contacted the Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) and provided investigators with detailed information about’ operation.
