This is a chancery suit, brought in the circuit court of Monroe County, in July, 1897, by Baldwin Ballard against J. W. Chewning, L. B. Dunn, trustee, and W. S. Chewning, to set aside, as fraudulent and as haring been made without consideration, a deed of trust, dated May 31, 1897; and executed by said J. W. Chewning, conveying practically all of his property, consisting of an undivided one-half of a tract of land, containing one hundred and twenty-five acres; a tract, containing seven acres; a tract, containing twenty-six and one half acres; a tract, containing one…
