Defendant is charged in a two-count prosecutor’s information with criminal contempt in the second degree for disobeying the “refrain from harassment or aggravated harassment” and “refrain from communication” provisions of a Queens County Criminal Court temporary order of protection (Penal Law § 215.50 [3]) and, in an information, with aggravated harassment in the second degree (Penal Law § 240.30 [1] [a]), all charges arising out of a telephone conversation he allegedly had on February 1, 2015 with one of the individuals identified as a protected party…
