Larry E. DeClue (“Movant”), who was convicted of murder in the first degree, appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 1 motion in which he claimed his trial counsel was ineffective in faffing to locate and call a witness to refute an accusation that Mov-ant had confessed to the murder. We find no error and affirm the denial.
