On Motion for Rehearing.

Appellant insists that the measure of damages for the conversion of property is the 'value of the property at the time of the conversion. We do not understand this to be the law where the property is of fluctuating value, and its conversion takes place, as it did in this case, under the circumstances stated in our opinion herein.
