Saunchegrow, d/b/a DES Construction (Employer), and Treasurer of the State of Missouri, as custodian of the Second Injury Fund (Custodian), appeal the final award of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) entered in connection with a claim for compensation filed by Claimant. 1
