In asking us to set aside the judgments entered in the criminal action against him, Charles James Hebron does not deny that he broke the dwelling of Rosalie Burrell and stole her goods as was found at a bench trial in the Criminal Court of Baltimore. Rather he complains because constitutional rights accruing to him were violated in arriving at the convictions. He contends that his right to enjoy the assistance of counsel for his defense guaranteed by Amendment VI to the Constitution of the United States and his right to be secure in his person, house, papers and effects against unreasonable…
