Roy Mata (“Mata”) appeals his conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) & (b)(l)(A)(vii); and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 21 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
