In a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, the Teachers’ Retirement Board and others appeal from an order dated July 3, 1943, reinstating respondent as a teacher and holding that the determination of the Teachers’ Retirement Board and the Medical Board of the Teachers’ Retirement System should be revoked as being null and void, and granting respondent further incidental relief. Order reversed *836on the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and the petition dismissed, without costs.
