Exchange National Bank in Winter Haven v. Sheffield

I agree that judgment against the drawee, Lake Region Bank of Commerce, should be affirmed on its separate appeal. Case No. 4405, 166 So.2d 809.

I cannot agree to affirmance of the judgment against this appellant, Exchange National Bank, the wholly innocent receiving bank.
