GREENE, Judge.

Stephen Dowell Carter (Defendant) appeals from the judgment and orders of the trial court awarding damages to Sara Lee Corporation (Sara Lee) for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.

Defendant testified that he first started servicing computers for Sara Lee on behalf of ComputerLand, where he was an employee through (approximately) the end of 1988.
