Appeal from Johnson District Couq'I. — > Hon. O. A. Byington, Judge. The. defendant was tried on an indictment charging him with an assault with intent to commit murder, and was convicted of an assault with intent to inflict a great bodily injury. From a judgment on the verdict, he appeals.—
