CHESNUT, District Judge.

In this case the plaintiff seeks an injunction and damages against the defendant for breach of a re-sale price maintenance contract under authority of the Maryland Fair Trade Law. Flack’s Annotated Code of 1951, Art. 83, §§ 102 to 110. The plaintiff is an Illinois corporation which for 20 years or more has manufactured and distributed electrical household and other appliances under the registered trade-mark name and brand name of “Sunbeam”.
