This is one of four appeals from orders of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, entered on December 4, 1964, allowing and disallowing claims in the Black Ranches, Inc., Chapter X Bankruptcy proceeding.1 All four appeals were submitted to this court March 8, 1966, on the printed record, briefs and oral arguments.2 Judge Delehant, who presided over the trial of all of the claims which are the subject of these appeals, fully explored their merits and meticulously examined all of the contentions, as is demonstrated by his comprehensive memorandum…
