BLACK, Judge.

On August 13, 2008, Joshua Jeffers pleaded guilty to one count of lewd and lascivious battery in violation of section 800.04, Florida Statutes (2007). The court sentenced Jeffers to two years in prison followed by ten years of sex offender probation. On March 17, 2011, Jeffers admitted to violating the terms of his probation. After a hearing pursuant to section 948.06(8)(d), Florida Statutes (2010), the court designated Jeffers as a violent offender of special concern and sentenced him to 115.5 months’ incarceration followed by 64.5 months’ probation.
