This is an appeal from summary judgment granted by the district court in favor of the defendant, The Home Insurance Company (“The Home”) and against the plaintiff, Lucker Manufacturing, a Unit of Amclyde Engineered Products, Inc. (“Lucker”), in an insurance coverage dispute arising under the diversity jurisdiction, 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
