PRELIMINARY STATEMENT
In May 2006, plaintiff Kim Marie Grievson commenced this lawsuit against the Rochester Psychiatric Center under the Americans with Disabilities Act (the “ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12132, and the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (the “Rehabilitation Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 794.
