Plaintiee Eisenmann is the record owner of lots 40 and 41 in block 12 of Lake Avenue Addition, former town of Bessemer, now a part of the city of Pueblo. Each lot in the block, according to the original recorded plat of the property, is supposed to have a frontage of 25 feet. Defendant Lundquist is the record owner of lots 39, 38 and 37 in the same block, which lots lie immediately to the south of plaintiff’s lot 40 and in the order above designated.
